Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the power cord to ensure a smooth processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team inspects the machine and processes your refund.
